The M&M'S global direct-to-consumer storefront. A headless, personalized e-commerce experience powered by Next.js, commercetools, Amplience, and Adyen.

The global mms.com direct-to-consumer storefront runs on a composable, headless commerce stack: a Next.js and TypeScript frontend, commercetools as the commerce engine, Amplience for content, and Adyen for payments. I worked on the frontend with a Mars-aligned engineering team, shipping a production-grade, heavily personalized storefront with GraphQL (Apollo), Material UI + Emotion, Framer Motion interactions, and MSW-tested component logic. Observability on Datadog and Pino, CI/CD pipelines, Storybook-driven component work, and Core Web Vitals monitoring on Vercel + Fastly made this one of the most technically ambitious headless commerce builds I've shipped.
