A release-hotfix agent for an enterprise platform team

Cutting a hotfix on a multi-component platform meant a checklist of manual steps across two repositories. I packaged the whole sequence as a Claude Code skill backed by a dedicated subagent: point it at a component, an environment and the fix PRs, and it resolves what's actually deployed, builds the hotfix branch, tags it, and raises the environment bump PR for review.

The setup behind my day-to-day delivery. Claude Code is the primary agent, Codex is the second opinion and rescue path when a problem needs a fresh diagnosis, MCP servers connect both to the systems I actually work in, and parallel subagents handle broad searches and codebase-wide changes. I review every diff that ships.

Je construis aussi des skills Claude Code, des subagents et des workflows connectés via MCP que les équipes utilisent pour livrer.

Quelle est votre spécialité ?

Quatre choses. (1) Next.js full-stack : App Router, React Server Components, TypeScript, Vercel. (2) Headless commerce : commercetools, Shopify, architectures composable, Core Web Vitals sur des storefronts réels. (3) Ingénierie backend & API : Node.js, FastAPI, services GraphQL/REST, AWS, observability. (4) Ingénierie agentique : Claude Code, Codex, serveurs MCP, skills sur mesure et subagents intégrés au workflow de delivery.

Comment pouvez-vous aider mon entreprise ?

Si vous devez migrer vers Next.js App Router, monter un storefront headless sur commercetools ou Shopify, construire des services backend en production ou corriger les Core Web Vitals d'un site critique pour le revenu, je prends la delivery en main de bout en bout et je livre.

Quelle est votre approche du développement ?

Du TypeScript propre, des boucles de feedback courtes, de vrais tests (Playwright, Jest), monorepo-friendly (Turborepo, pnpm workspaces) et du CI/CD production-grade dès le premier jour. Je construis pour l'équipe qui maintiendra le produit, pas seulement pour la démo.

Laissez-vous l'IA écrire du code que vous ne comprenez pas ?

Non. Les agents rédigent, je suis responsable du diff. J'utilise Claude Code et Codex au quotidien, avec des serveurs MCP, des skills sur mesure et des subagents, pour aller plus vite sur ce qui est bien compris. Sur les parcours critiques du commerce comme le checkout, les prix et les paiements, je lis chaque ligne, et un code d'agent qui passe ses tests mais interprète mal une règle métier est réécrit, pas mergé.
