A release-hotfix agent for an enterprise platform team
Cutting a hotfix on a multi-component platform meant a checklist of manual steps across two repositories. I packaged the whole sequence as a Claude Code skill backed by a dedicated subagent: point it at a component, an environment and the fix PRs, and it resolves what's actually deployed, builds the hotfix branch, tags it, and raises the environment bump PR for review.
Hotfixes happen under pressure, which is exactly when a multi-step manual process goes wrong: branching from the wrong tag, missing a cherry-pick, or bumping the wrong environment. The steps were well known; they just weren't encoded anywhere a tool could run them.
The skill describes when it applies; the subagent does the work in its own context. It looks up the version deployed on the target environment, branches from that exact tag, cherry-picks the requested PRs, tags and pushes the hotfix, then opens the version-bump PR in the environment repository.
The agent never merges and never deploys. Every change lands as a pull request a human reviews, conflicts stop the run instead of being guessed through, and each step reports what it did so the release trail stays auditable.
Packaging it as a skill means the whole team gets the same workflow, triggered in plain language, instead of one person's shell history. The details stay generic here because the platform is a client's internal tooling.

Rebuilt personalized greeting cards for M&M'S gifts: live preview and edit, wired into the gift data flow so the card travels with the order, and event tracking so the team can see how the feature is actually used.

A run of product features on Elevate's Shopify A/B-testing platform: multi-store switching so agencies and owners hop between stores without re-auth, split-URL experiments scaled to 25 variations with fractional traffic splits, and targeting and content-editor improvements that made experiments easier to set up and trust.

Turned Elevate's release process from manual and error-prone into automated and auditable: GitHub Releases from tags, auto-tagging and staged deploys, a changelog generator, E2E tests that fire automatically after staging, and stepped hotfix and rollback workflows — plus Slack announcements linking the release, the GitHub page, and the live URL in one message.

A 3D-rendered hero reel, shipped scroll-driven. Instead of running a live Three.js / WebGL scene — GPU-heavy and janky on mid-range phones — the 3D work is pre-rendered to a 1080p image sequence and scrubbed frame-by-frame on a 2D canvas as you scroll. All the depth, none of the runtime cost.
